It is believed that the pair will wed in the spring or summer. What a wedding that will be for us all to watch. Recent speculation about the site of the event has focused on Westminster Abbey, where the funeral for the prince's mother, Princess Diana, was held in 1997. But the palace remained mum on details. Prince William, second in line to the throne has informed The Queen and other close members of his family it has been reported. He even sought the permission of Miss Middleton's father. How old So is a Prenuptial Agreement in store for this royal couple? Landmark cases in the UK reveal an encouraging trend for courts to enforce the Prenuptial Agreement. Despite the fact that there is no legal obligation for courts in England and Wales to take the prenuptial wishes into consideration, recent decisions indicate that things are going in that direction.
